The hosts went above and beyond with their warmth, providing excellent local advice and even stocking the kitchen with breakfast items. The shared living space was cozy and felt homely, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. While the shared bathroom was well-maintained, some might prefer more privacy. A minor drawback was that the décor could use a refresh, as it felt a bit dated. Additionally, the limited play area for kids might not cater to families with younger children.

We had such a wonderful time at this cozy place! The warm welcome from the host family made us feel right at home. My granddaughter loved riding the bicycles provided and exploring the nearby lighthouse. The kitchen had everything, making meal prep easy for us.
My wife says that it would be great to have more play areas for kids.

Our stay was wonderful! The guesthouse was very clean and had everything we needed for our first night in Iceland. We enjoyed the spacious common areas and found the hosts to be incredibly helpful, providing valuable local recommendations. The location was perfect for a stroll in the little town and a visit to the nearby lighthouse.
Although the shared bathroom was clean, it might not suit everyone for privacy.
